Host your event at Book Lovers Valencia!
We welcome:
- Book launches
- Signings & author readings
- Presentations
- Literary clubs and meetings
Programming Limit: 2 events per month
TIMING & Preparation
- Booking: Minimum 3 weeks’ notice
- Event time options:
- Evenings 8–9 p.m. (recommended)
- Afternoons 4–5 p.m.
- Other event times may be available upon request, for a fee
- For authors: Ensure you have copies on hand early or arrange shipment from your publisher well in advance

SPACE
- Seats 40–45
- Tables & chairs provided
- Small kitchen area with mini-fridge available for refreshments
PROMOTION
- Authors and event hosts are responsible for their own event promotion. We strongly recommend you promote your event throughout the Valencia community to encourage attendance and a successful event.
- We can display a poster in-store, create a MeetUp event, and publish one announcement across our social media channels.
- We will request images and text copy for event promotion.
- Please do not use our logo in your own promotion.
